We are located on Lake Balboa, the largest of the lakes, which include the largest marina and beach as well as a restaurant on the water within walking distance. Our amenities include a 2000 square foot condominium with screened porch overlooking the lake. The unit includes four bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room (overlooking the lake), large living/recreation room and a laundry room. The beach is next door as well as the pavilion and Last Chance Café. All your needs can be met at the Marina store which is on the property location as well.
